There are few things we love more than good food and good company and Outstanding in the Field (OITF) has perfected them both. Every year, Sayulita is lucky enough to host one of the few OITF international farm-to-fork pop up dinners and Nicoella Events is lucky enough to help plan and style it. This year's dinner featured the chef from one of our favorite local restaurants, Calixto Gattas from Bistro Organico. Instead of traditional catering equipment, they built large bonfires on the beach next to their signature table and grilled fresh fish and organic vegetables from a local organic farm. OITF's mission is so good and we are so thrilled to support and work with them.
